| I am absolutely convinced that the study technique of Beat the Bar
used with the study tools was the single variable that allowed for successful bar passage.
The format of the Study Tools allows for immediate recall of the rules of law and to
understand the intent of each question studied. I recommend Beat the Bar for first
time takers as well repeat takers.

I am pleased to say that I have passed the Texas bar exam. As an out-of
state attorney practicing in Louisiana, taking another bar exam was probably the most
dreaded event of the move back to my home state of Texas. Getting back in the study
mode after being out of school and in the real world was not easy. Thanks to Beat
The Bar I found an easier and more efficient way to tackle the MBE. As a result I
found myself being able to spend more time studying for the essay portion of the exam.

PMBR did not help me a bit. They focused basically on timing issues and
trick questions, which put me in a worse position because I started then to think that
every question was a trick question. Beat the Bar helped me because doing one
question at a time and using the materials and reading the answer thereafter helped me to
understand the concept more fully and I was basically guaranteed that I would not make the
same mistake again. With PMBR, I never was able to really focus on what I got wrong
and not to make the same mistake again even if the question was asked in a different
manner. I tell everybody about Beat The Bar because I improved my Multistate score
by over 24 points when I had been scoring a consistent low score on it before I used Beat
The Bar Study Tools.
